Rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of personal data

Terms used:

1.1 NoriuTaves.lt – 1) Permanent resident of Lithuania with individual activity certificate No. 1075668 Lukas Zemeckas, registered office address Kadagių g. 57, Vijolių k., LT-76311 Šiauliai r. sav., correspondence address Kadagių g. 57, Vijolių k., LT-76311 Šiauliai r. sav.. 2) electronic store located at www.NoriuTaves.lt.

1.2 Buyer – 1) legal entity; 2) capable natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order; 3) a minor aged fourteen to eighteen years who has the consent of his/her parents or guardians, except in cases where he/she is emancipated; 4) duly authorized representatives of all of the above persons.

1.3 Registered User – a person who has registered with NoriuTaves.lt and has an account.

1.4 Visitor – a person browsing NoriuTaves.lt.

1.5 Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration on NoriuTaves.lt, which creates an account that stores his/her personal data and order history.

1.6 Privacy Policy – ​​this document, which provides the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data when using NoriuTaves.lt.

1.7 NoriuTaves.lt partner – a legal entity: 1) selling goods or providing services to NoriuTaves.lt, as well as a legal entity used to fulfill an order from NoriuTaves.lt; 2) with which joint promotions or projects are carried out by NoriuTaves.lt, on the websites of this legal entity or in any media where NoriuTaves.lt and the promotion or project of this legal entity will be described or announced.

1.8 Personal data – any information related to a natural person – a data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using data such as a personal code, one or more characteristics of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social nature specific to the person.

1.9 Personal data controller – NoriuTaves.lt.

1.10 Services – all services provided by NoriuTaves.lt to the Buyer.

1.11 Cookie – a small file that is sent to a device when any person visits NoriuTaves.lt. This term includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar tools.

1.12 Password – a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to him, which is entered for the first time when registering on NoriuTaves.lt, and later in order to log in to the Account.

1.13 Browser – a program designed to display web pages (web pages) on the web or on a personal computer.

1.14 Administrator – a person responsible for marketing on NoriuTaves.lt.

1.15 IP address – Each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address. Since these numbers are usually assigned according to country blocks, the IP address can often be used to identify the country in which the computer is connected to the Internet.

1.16 Rules – approved and valid “Rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the electronic store NoriuTaves.lt”.

1.17 Direct marketing – activity intended to offer goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone or in another direct manner and/or to ask their opinion on the offered goods or services.

General provisions

2.1 The Privacy Policy regulates the Buyer’s basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data.

2.2 The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data is established by the Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2.3 By providing their personal data, the Buyer agrees that NoriuTaves.lt will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy and legal acts.

2.4 NoriuTaves.lt is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

2.4.1 Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes.

2.4.2 Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.

2.4.3 Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e. only in cases where:

2.4.3.1 the data subject gives consent, i.e. agrees to comply with the “Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the NoriuTaves.lt Online Store”;

2.4.3.2 a contract is concluded or performed, where one of the parties is the data subject;

2.4.3.3 NoriuTaves.lt is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;

2.4.3.4 personal data must be processed for the legitimate interests pursued by NoriuTaves.lt or a NoriuTaves.lt partner to whom the personal data are provided, and if the interests of the data subject are not overridden.

2.4.4 Personal data are constantly updated.

2.4.5 Personal data are stored for no longer than required for the established purposes of data processing.

2.4.6 Personal data are processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right.

2.4.7 All information about the processed personal data is confidential.

2.5 NoriuTaves.lt records information (cookies) on the Visitor's computer (device).

2.5.1 The recorded information is used to recognize NoriuTaves.lt as a previous NoriuTaves.lt Visitor, to collect website traffic statistics.

2.5.2 The Visitor can view what information (cookies) NoriuTaves.lt records, and can delete the recorded cookies.

2.5.3 The Visitor, by changing the settings of his/her Internet browser, has the right not to agree to the recording and use of information (cookies) on the Visitor's computer (device), however, in such a case some functions of the website

may not be accessible to the Visitor.

2.5.4 When the Visitor browses and otherwise uses NoriuTaves.lt, information (cookies) is recorded on the Visitor's computer (device). The visitor can cancel the recording of information (cookies) by changing the settings of his/her internet browser.

Collection, processing, storage of personal data

3.1 The Buyer's personal data, the information specified in the NoriuTaves.lt registration form, are collected and processed for the following purposes:

3.1.1 to process the Buyer's orders for goods;

3.1.2 to issue VAT invoices;

3.1.3 to organize the provision and delivery of goods;

3.1.4 to fulfill other contractual obligations;

3.1.5 for direct marketing purposes.

3.2 During registration on NoriuTaves.lt, the Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data.

3.3 When processing and storing the personal data of Buyers and Registered Users, NoriuTaves.lt implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, as well as against any other unlawful processing.

3.4 NoriuTaves.lt has the right to use data not directly related to the Buyer for statistical purposes, i.e. data about purchased goods. Such statistical data is collected and processed in a way that does not allow the disclosure of the Buyer's personal identity or other personal data by which a person's identity could be determined.

4. Changing/updating and transferring personal data to third parties.

4.1 NoriuTaves.lt reserves the right to transfer information to third parties for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in other cases in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.2 The Buyer and other Registered Users have the right to change and/or update the information provided in the account at any time.

Transfer of information or claims

5.1 The Buyer or Registered User who has allowed the processing of his personal data has the right:

5.1.1 to demand correction, destruction of his personal data or suspension, except for storage, of the processing of his personal data, when the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other laws;

5.1.2 to object to the processing of his personal data.

5.2 NoriuTaves.lt, having received the Buyer's request for the processing of personal data, must provide a response no later than within 30 calendar days from the date of the request. Only those requests for the processing of personal data are considered, which are submitted in writing by e-mail info(eta)NoriuTaves.lt or by mail to Kadagių g. 57, Vijolių k., LT-76311 Šiaulių r. sav..

Change/update of the Privacy Policy

6.1 NoriuTaves.lt has the right to partially or completely change the Privacy Policy.

6.2 Additions or changes to the Privacy Policy come into force from the date of their publication on NoriuTaves.lt.

6.3 If the Buyer does not agree with the new version, he has the right to refuse it in writing by e-mail info(eta)NoriuTaves.lt or by mail to Kadagių g. 57, Vijolių k., LT-76311 Šiauliai r. sav.. If the Buyer does not agree with the Privacy Policy, the Buyer loses the right to use the services of NoriuTaves.lt.

6.4 If the Buyer continues to use the services provided by NoriuTaves.lt after the addition or change to the Privacy Policy, it is considered that the Buyer agrees with the new version.
