Rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of personal data

Terms used:

1.2 Buyer – 1) legal entity; 2) capable natural person, i.e. a person who has reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order; 3) a minor aged fourteen to eighteen years who has the consent of his/her parents or guardians, except in cases where he/she is emancipated; 4) duly authorized representatives of all of the above persons.

1.3 Registered User – a person who has registered with NoriuTaves.lt and has an account.

1.4 Visitor – a person browsing NoriuTaves.lt.

1.5 Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration on NoriuTaves.lt, which creates an account that stores his/her personal data and order history.

1.6 Privacy Policy – ​​this document, which provides the basic rules for the collection, storage, processing and storage of Personal Data when using NoriuTaves.lt.

1.7 NoriuTaves.lt partner – a legal entity: 1) selling goods or providing services to NoriuTaves.lt, as well as a legal entity used to fulfill an order from NoriuTaves.lt; 2) with which joint promotions or projects are carried out by NoriuTaves.lt, on the websites of this legal entity or in any media where NoriuTaves.lt and the promotion or project of this legal entity will be described or announced.

1.8 Personal data – any information related to a natural person – a data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined using data such as a personal code, one or more characteristics of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social nature specific to the person.

1.9 Personal data controller – NoriuTaves.lt.

1.10 Services – all services provided by NoriuTaves.lt to the Buyer.

1.11 Cookie – a small file that is sent to a device when any person visits NoriuTaves.lt. This term includes not only cookies, but also the use of similar tools.

1.12 Password – a unique combination of letters and numbers created by the Buyer and known only to him, which is entered for the first time when registering on NoriuTaves.lt, and later in order to log in to the Account.

1.13 Browser – a program designed to display web pages (web pages) on the web or on a personal computer.

1.14 Administrator – a person responsible for marketing on NoriuTaves.lt.

1.15 IP address – Each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address. Since these numbers are usually assigned according to country blocks, the IP address can often be used to identify the country in which the computer is connected to the Internet.

1.16 Rules – approved and valid “Rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the electronic store NoriuTaves.lt”.

1.17 Direct marketing – activity intended to offer goods or services to individuals by mail, telephone or in another direct manner and/or to ask their opinion on the offered goods or services.

General provisions

2.1 The Privacy Policy regulates the Buyer’s basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data.

2.2 The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data is established by the Privacy Policy, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts.

2.3 By providing their personal data, the Buyer agrees that NoriuTaves.lt will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in the Privacy Policy and legal acts.

2.4 NoriuTaves.lt is guided by the following basic principles of personal data processing:

2.4.1 Personal data is collected for specified and legitimate purposes.

2.4.2 Personal data is processed accurately and fairly.

2.4.3 Personal data is processed lawfully, i.e. only in cases where:

2.4.3.1 the data subject gives consent, i.e. agrees to comply with the “Rules for the Purchase and Sale of Goods in the NoriuTaves.lt Online Store”;

2.4.3.2 a contract is concluded or performed, where one of the parties is the data subject;

2.4.3.3 NoriuTaves.lt is obliged to process personal data in accordance with the law;

2.4.3.4 personal data must be processed for the legitimate interests pursued by NoriuTaves.lt or a NoriuTaves.lt partner to whom the personal data are provided, and if the interests of the data subject are not overridden.

2.4.4 Personal data are constantly updated.

2.4.5 Personal data are stored for no longer than required for the established purposes of data processing.

2.4.6 Personal data are processed only by those employees who have been granted such a right.

2.4.7 All information about the processed personal data is confidential.

2.5 NoriuTavesRules for the purchase and sale of goods in the online store NoriuTaves.lt

Terms

1.1. 1.2. 1.3. Parties – the Buyer and NoriuTaves.lt together.

1.4. NoriuTaves.lt partner – a legal entity: 1) selling goods or providing services to NoriuTaves.lt, as well as a legal entity used to fulfill an order by NoriuTaves.lt; 2) with whom joint promotions or projects are carried out by NoriuTaves.lt, on the websites of this legal entity or in any media where the promotion or project of NoriuTaves.lt and this legal entity will be described or announced.

1.5. Personal data – any information relating to a natural person – data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined by using data such as a personal identification number, one or more characteristics of a physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social nature specific to the person.

1.6. Rules – these “Rules for the purchase and sale of goods in the NoriuTaves.lt online store”.

1.7. Account – the result of the Buyer’s registration on NoriuTaves.lt, which creates an account that stores his personal data and order history.

1.8. Privacy Policy – ​​a document approved by NoriuTaves.lt, which provides for the main rules for the collection, accumulation, processing and storage of Personal data when using NoriuTaves.lt.

General Provisions

2.1 The Buyer confirms the Rules after familiarizing themselves with them and checking the box next to the statement “By checking, you agree to the Terms and Conditions”. The Rules approved in this way are a legal document binding on the Parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and NoriuTaves.lt, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedure for delivering and returning goods, the liability of the parties and other conditions related to the purchase and sale of goods on NoriuTaves.lt.

2.2 NoriuTaves.lt reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.

2.3 Only Buyers, as defined in clause 1.2 of the Rules, have the right to buy goods on NoriuTaves.lt. By approving the Rules and having familiarized themselves with the Privacy Policy (clause 1.8 of the Rules), the Buyer confirms that he has the right to buy goods on NoriuTaves.lt.

2.4 Personal data provided by the Buyer (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) when registering and purchasing on NoriuTaves.lt are stored and processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data (Revision: 13 - 2016.11.03 (from 2017.01.01)) and the Annex to the Rules “Privacy Policy”.

2.4.1 The Buyer must familiarize himself with the Privacy Policy approved and publicly published by NoriuTaves. The Buyer expresses his consent or disagreement with specific methods of using the Buyer's Personal data in the Privacy Policy itself in accordance with the procedure provided for therein.

2.5 The Buyer can order goods on NoriuTaves.lt by choosing one of the following methods:

2.5.1 by registering online, creating an Account on NoriuTaves.lt (by entering his registration name and password);

2.5.2 without registering online at NoriuTaves.lt;

2.6 The contract between the Buyer and NoriuTaves.lt is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the purchased item(s) and formed a shopping cart, confirms that he has read the applicable Rules and confirms the payment.

2.7 Each Buyer's order is registered and stored in the NoriuTaves.lt database.

2.8 NoriuTaves.lt sends all notifications to the Buyer's email address provided in the Buyer's registration form.

2.9 The Buyer sends all notifications and questions by the means of communication specified in the "Contacts" section of the NoriuTaves.lt website.

Buyer's rights, obligations and responsibilities

3.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and must pay for them and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

3.2 The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using NoriuTaves.lt.

3.3 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded with NoriuTaves.lt and to exchange or return the purchased goods in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the Rules for Warranty Service, Exchange and Return of Goods.

3.4 The Buyer must provide complete and correct personal data in the NoriuTaves.lt registration form. If the Buyer does not
